Diane Griffin has been involved with the Nature Conservancy of Canada (NCC) since 1999, most recently serving as program manager for Prince Edward Island for four years.
Now, Griffin has returned to the Atlantic Regional Board of Directors, where she previously volunteered for nine years and one year on the National NCC Board of Directors. Her life has been dedicated to protecting the island's natural spaces.
Griffin's experience includes working as the Natural Areas Coordinator for Alberta, Executive Director of the Island Nature Trust and Deputy Minister of Environment for the Government of Prince Edward Island. As a student, Diane worked as a field researcher for the International Biological Program.
