Megan Lafferty

Megan Lafferty is the conservation biologist for the Nature Conservancy of Canada in Newfoundland and Labrador. 

She holds an Honours Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto and a Masters of Environmental Science from Memorial University of Newfoundland. 

Lafferty is an outdoor enthusiast who loves camping, canoeing, hiking, and swimming. Growing up, Lafferty spent her summers at residential camps in Northern Ontario, which is where she developed her love of nature and later worked for many years.
