#NCCVolunteers contest rules

  1. Contest open to Canadian residents of age of majority, except employees, representatives or agents of the Nature Conservancy of Canada (NCC).
  2. No purchase necessary.
  3. Monthly prizes will be drawn on the first of every month* and therefore to be eligible in a particular month’s draw, entries must be received no later than 11:59 p.m. on the last day of each month until the contest ends on October 31, 2016, at which time the contest will be closed and no further entries shall be accepted. No responsibility will be taken for misdirected, delayed or illegible entries. (*If the first of the month falls on a Saturday or Sunday, the winner will be drawn on the following Monday).
  4. Entries are accepted online only.
  5. There is no limit to the number of entries per person.
  6. The contest is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations.
  7. By participating in this contest, the prizewinner agrees that his/her name, photograph, voice and/or image may be used in any and all forms of media, without any further compensation by NCC. The winner waives all rights (including moral rights) with respect to printed, broadcast, online and other forms of publicity.
  8. Prizes are not transferable or convertible to cash and must be accepted as awarded. NCC reserves the right to substitute the advertised prize.
  9. The winning entrant must sign a declaration of compliance with the contest rules and a release in order to receive the prize components.
  10. The winning entrant will have to correctly answer a skill-testing question in order to receive the prize components.
  11. A random drawing will be held from all eligible entries received by the monthly closing date of the contest. One prize will be awarded monthly until October 31, 2016. In the event that the selected entrant cannot be contacted by phone or email within 7 days of being selected, or does not otherwise comply with these contest rules, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate entry selected.
  12. The approximate value of the prize is $11.25 and chances of winning depends on the number of entrants.
  13. Your information will not be given to any third parties however by entering this contest you are agreeing to receive ongoing communication about NCC and our work.
