Jay has been married to his high school sweetheart, Sheri, for over 20 years, and they have two teenage daughters, Alexandra (Lexie) and Sydney, as well as their family dog, a Golden Labrador named Ginger. Jay loves to explore, and enjoys geocaching with his family, or going on long canoe adventures in Northern Saskatchewan, being sure to stop at Barker Island, a favorite spot they visit each year.
