Allan Shaw's Nature Story

"This is about providing an experience for people, forever."

Surprisingly close to downtown Halifax, there is wildland. The Nature Conservancy of Canada (NCC) has been working to conserve this natural oasis, called the Shaw Wilderness Park. The 154-hectare (380-acre) park marries nature conservation with nature-based recreation. The project is happening thanks to the many citizens of Halifax who are passionate to explore and ultimately protect this land. So many of them have built memories on this land, Allan Shaw is one of them.

Memories are forever, nature should be too.

You can ensure nature stories, forever.
