Gather together as we indulge in a gastronomic adventure inspired by BC's dynamic ecosystems. The multi-course meal is being created by Toque Catering and will feature foraged foods from the nearby forests and ocean, alongside farm-fresh produce and meats. Cider pairings will complement each course while the Eryn Sharpe Trio enriches the experience with their soul stirring sound.

About Toque Catering

Toque Catering is a Victoria-based catering company that crafts seasonally inspired, delicious and beautifully presented food. Sous chef and forager Janusz Urban takes inspiration from the diverse natural world of Vancouver Island. He can often be found scouring the coastline, searching deep in the forest or wondering far into the mountains, with hopes of collecting wild ingredients to bring back to the kitchen.

This is the fourth year that the Nature Conservancy of Canada, Sea Cider and Toque Catering have come together to recognize Earth Day with a special Farmed & Foraged feast.

This fundraiser will support the Nature Conservancy of Canada's conservation work in BC.
