Assistant Conservation Biologist
Carly Dow is an assistant conservation biologist for the Manitoba Region of the Nature Conservancy of Canada (NCC). She has been working with NCC since 2009, filling a variety of roles in both the field and the office.
With an environmental studies degree from the University of Manitoba and a strong passion for sustainability and plant science, Carly has had multiple years of experience working and studying in the conservation field. Her additional skills in event planning, creative writing and organizing have all contributed to a colourful and diverse employment landscape with NCC.
Carly is also an accomplished musician, a published poet and a huge advocate of adventure and good food.
