Lisa Maskus is the fundraising coordinator for the Manitoba Region of the Nature Conservancy of Canada (NCC). She started working at NCC as an intern in 2011 to assist in the development of the Weston Family Tall Grass Prairie Interpretive Centre. Prior to working with NCC, Lisa conducted research for the Natural Resource Institute/Manitoba Habitat Heritage Corporation and the Government of Manitoba, invasive species control with the Manitoba Naturalist Society and held various gardening/farming positions. Lisa graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from the University of Winnipeg.
When she isn't speaking with supporters, coordinating events or happily spending her time on Raiser's Edge, Lisa enjoys gardening, cooking delicious food, crafting and dreaming of securing her own piece of beautiful Manitoba property to steward.
