Rena Molinari has over 15 years of fund development experience, including most recently in a senior management position at a healthcare foundation as the director of development.

Her positions in not-for-profit organizations have focused on providing leadership for fund development operations, including personal involvement in and supervising of a high-quality team in soliciting donations, stewarding donor relationships, overseeing a major gift and planned giving program, and developing and coordinating fundraising initiatives.

Outside of work, Rena has volunteered her time for numerous charities and has been a member of various boards and advisory committees. She loves to spend time with her family and relaxes when she is outdoors tending and caring for her garden.
