    Baie Verte Nature Reserve

    The Nature Conservancy of Canada (NCC) owns 224 acres (91 hectares) of natural habitat in Baie Verte. near the Nova Scotia border and not far from Route 16. Travellers coming to and from Prince Edward Island will be familiar with this area.

    Grand Barachois

    NCC has been working in Grand Barachois since 2003 preserving dynamic dune systems thanks to four land donations.

    Point Escuminac Nature Reserve

    Thanks to generous land donations from the Maxfield family, the Nature Conservancy of Canada now owns 326 hectares of ecologically significant land in Escuminac, about 55 kilometres east of Miramichi, New Brunswick.
