The Nathan Lang Memorial Property was donated to the Nature Conservancy of Canada's (NCC's) Saskatchewan Region by Roy and Lana Lang in memory of their grandson, Nathan.

Size: 104 acres (42 hectares)

Location: NE 15-50-09-W3, in the RM of Spiritwood. It's located 21 kilometres west of Spiritwood and 105 kilometres east of Prince Albert.

Directions: From Saskatoon, take Highway 12 north and turn west onto Highway 3 and travel 10 kilometres. Nathan Lang property is adjacent to the highway and access is via a gate along the highway.

Significance: The Nathan Lang Memorial Property is made up of 104 acres (42 hectares) of mixed forest and open meadows. This property provides valuable habitat for hooded lady's tresses, northern green bog orchids, marsh bellflowers, purple reed grass and white-tailed deer.

Possible Tasks: Adding to species list, observing disturbance from adjacent gravel pit, and monitoring for property changes or concerns.
