CONSERVATION VOLUNTEERS PROGRAM

In Quebec, several activities are organised under the Conservation Volunteers Program to encourage the participation of people living nearby NCC'S properties. From Malbaie Salt March in Gaspésie to the Ottawa River, you can get involved directly in the conservation of important natural environments. Three activities will soon take place in Quebec:

- Cleaning the shorelines of the Pointe aux Pins property,  île aux Grues (June 2008)

- Green Mountains Volunteer Network

- Fall canoeing and shoreline clean-up on Kettle Island, phase 2 (September 2008)

You can also visit the official Web site of the Conservation Volunteers Program to have more details.
