Access to NCC lands

Most Nature Conservancy of Canada (NCC) conservation properties are closed to public access for the time being due to the impact of COVID-19.

We know nature is important in our lives and good for our health and well-being, especially in stressful times. It was a difficult decision, but the health and safety of our staff and our supporters was our first priority.

Together, we are doing our part to stop the spread of COVID-19 in our communities.

As some jurisdictions begin to ease restrictions, NCC will follow the advice of provincial authorities and begin to re-open our conservation areas and trails. This will be a gradual process and will happen region by region.

For an upate on the status of regional property access, please consult the list below. We encourage you to check our website regularly for updates.

In the meantime, please enjoy nature virtually via our website.

We also remind you that you that when visiting NCC properties you are responsible for your own health and safety. Please respect physical distancing guidelines at all times.

For any inquiries, please call: 1.877.231.3552. For property-specific inquiries, please consult our regional contact page.
