Crowsnest Pass, Alberta

Riverside Ranch property
10:30 a.m-2:30 p.m

Volunteers will be planting willow stakes around a pond that was used for cattle grazing in previous years. You will be taking hands-on stewardship action to help kick-start the re-vegetation process and in a few years the dugout should become a nice, green wetland! This will offer a healthy habitat for waterfowl and amphibians and also help maintain water quality to protect water from evaporation.
