Lisa Jacober

Lisa Jacober is the executive assistant and secretary to the Nature Conservancy of Canada’s (NCC’s) Regional Board of Alberta. She works in Calgary.

Lisa started with NCC in September of 2019, joining because she is interested in ranches and conserving grasslands.

She holds a bachelor of commerce degree and has previous experience as an office manager and executive assistant at a small oil and gas company. Prior to that, she was home with her two daughters for 14 years. She was raised on a family farm in southern Alberta. Her parents sold a property to NCC over 15 years ago. Her dad was also one of the original five ranchers in the ranching co-op for the Sandstone property.

Lisa enjoys camping in summer watching her daughters’ rugby games and spending time with her family.
