Joe Dauphinais is a conservation operations assistant in NCC's Manitoba Region. He helps with implementing management plans on NCC-owned properties, especially in the western half of Manitoba. This means everything from removing old human structures to property inspections to trail maintenance.

Joe has a bachelor's degree in history and a diploma in environmental technologies - land and water management. Joe believes that the conservation of natural spaces is important, not just for biodiversity but also for human reasons.
