Lisa Maskus is the regional program coordinator for the Manitoba Region of the Nature Conservancy of Canada (NCC). She started working at NCC as an intern in 2011 to assist in the development of The Weston Family Tallgrass Prairie Interpretive Centre. Prior to working with NCC, Lisa conducted research for the Natural Resource Institute/Manitoba Habitat Heritage Corporation and the Government of Manitoba, invasive species control with the Manitoba Naturalist Society and held various gardening/farming positions. Lisa graduated with a bachelor of arts degree in environmental studies from the University of Winnipeg.
