Kim Nguyen has over 15 years of experience as a manager. She specializes in philanthropic development and strategy.

Prior to joining the Nature Conservancy of Canada this year, Kim worked at the Old Brewery Mission where she ran several successful fundraising campaigns. Previously, she spent time at Fondation du Centre jeunesse de Montréal and Centraide of Greater Montreal as well as in the private sector in marketing.

Fluently trilingual (French, English, Vietnamese), Kim holds a certificate in philanthropy from the University of Montreal and is a member of the executive committee of the Canadian Association of Gift Planners of Quebec.
