Celebrating National Volunteer Week

There’s never been a more important time than now to prioritize what nature makes possible and the solutions it can unlock in the face of biodiversity loss and climate change. This work requires thousands of actions and moments woven together by people who love and care for nature in all walks of life.

As we celebrate National Volunteer Week, the Nature Conservancy of Canada is proud to recognize the contributions of each and every one of our volunteers who dedicate their time, energy and passion to supporting nature and our mission. We are deeply grateful to all those who are helping to protect our natural heritage from coast to coast. From donating their time in the office, to providing their expertise and guidance to our teams, joining us on our lands to participate in important stewardship work, conduct research, monitor our properties or photograph the places where we work, and more, our volunteers make our work possible in countless ways.

Thank you for your dedication to ensuring that others have the opportunity to experience the beauty and diversity of our natural world, now and in the future.
