Aaron Dowding

New Brunswick Stewardship Manager

Aaron.Dowding@natureconservancy.ca

Aaron Dowding joined the Nature Conservancy of Canada (NCC) team as the New Brunswick stewardship manager in 2021. He has over 10 years’ experience in conservation planning and program management in the land trust sector, and he holds a master’s degree in environmental management. In his role at NCC, he works with a tireless and talented team of professionals and volunteers to make sure that our New Brunswick nature reserves are well-managed and cared for.

A fan of taking on tough conservation challenges, Aaron loves to work with people who dream big and don’t mind getting their hands dirty along the way. He’s also excited to work with Indigenous communities, our conservation partners and the many volunteers who help NCC do great work across the province.

If you’re trying to get hold of our New Brunswick stewardship manager, he’s probably deep in the woods somewhere or stuck in a salt marsh getting devoured by mosquitos.
