The Nature Conservancy of Canada (NCC) has partnered with VIA Rail Canada (VIA Rail) as our travel partner.

As a national organization operating across all 10 provinces, NCC uses VIA Rail to move between offices and conservation projects.

As the national passenger rail service, VIA Rail is committed to providing a safe, cost-effective and environmentally responsible service from coast to coast in both official languages. The corporation operates close to 514 train departures weekly, connecting over 400 communities. In 2018, VIA Rail carried close to 4.8 million passengers, with sustainable mobility being an integral part of its vision to be the smarter way to move people.
