Lanna has been an NCC program director in the Atlantic Region since 2013, first in Newfoundland and Labrador, and in PEI since 2018. Originally from the Gaspésie in Quebec, Lanna’s love of nature began while growing up on a family farm. She received a BA in environmental studies from Mount Allison University and a master's degree in environmental studies from Dalhousie University.

Lanna enjoys the many hats she wears as PEI program director: from field work and site visits to meeting with donors and landowners. In her free time, she enjoys a good walk in the woods with her two young daughters, husband and black Labrador.
