Ian Fife

Ian Fife is the Ontario Forest Birds at Risk (OFBAR) program coordinator with Bird Studies Canada. He received his graduate degree at Trent University in the field of avian ecology, studying how incidental take through single-tree selection harvesting directly affects breeding birds. Ian has worked on projects involving a range of at-risk bird species and ecosystems throughout Canada, from the Carolinian forest to the Arctic.
